It would almost be easier to tell what we are not
interested in (as I have already done on the previous page.)
We are mostly interested in music that utilizes the
full orchestral approach with split/separation that
emphasizes the stereophonic capabilities of the music and
the hardware being used to present it. All of the music we
use is converted to the Sound Blaster(tm) CMF digital
format. In most cases, we would prefer a full-length
treatment of any song rather than just a short chunk chopped
from the opening bars. (As an example, there are any number
of renditions of THE WILLIAM TELL OVERTURE available on
BBSes. All that I have ever heard could as easily be
renamed THE LONE RANGER THEME because that is all you hear.
I would really like to hear someone do a full-length
rendition of Rossini's WILLIAM TELL OVERTURE, even if it had
to be cut into segments to accomodate conversion to the CMF
Format.)
